THE PATHFINDER PROCESS

How we consistently deliver uniquely meaningful results

If you're tired of feeling lost on this path, we should talk

Below is our proven process designed to consistently deliver uniquely meaningful results whether we work together or not

STEP 1: DISCOVERY

I only work with people who I believe, and we agree, that I'm the clearest, most direct path to their goal

You need the opportunity to tell me everything, where you've been, where you're at and where you're going

  • What isn't working for you right now?

  • What have you tried?

  • What does success look like?

  • Why is this goal meaningful to you?

During this meeting we will decide if working together is the right next step

If it is, we'll move into Step 2: Assessment

If it isn't, I will go out of my way to hand deliver you to a more suitable option

STEP 2: ASSESSMENT

We need to get clear on where we are starting from.

We'll take 1-2 weeks to determine:

  • Pain-free Ranges of Motion (hip, shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow, wrist Strength imbalances (push/pull, left/right, upper/lower...)

  • Cardio capacity

  • Breathing mechanics

  • Strength Balance

  • Goal Specific Metrics

STEP 3: PLAN THE WORK

Based on your unique assessment, I will go into my lab and create a custom strategy, structure and support designed to: â€‹

  • Regain pain free movement

  • Resolve strength imbalances

  • Rebuild cardio capacity

Your plan is written unique to you

STEP 4: WORK THE PLAN

We take 6 to 8 weeks and "do the work"

We familiarize, do and, master the movements and habits

We also "take what the day gives us"

The plan was written in my lab, and is designed to adjust to your needs in the moment, we bend, we don't break

At the end of our training cycle we will retest and measure our progress

STEP 5: CONTINUE OR COMPLETE?

At the end of our training cycles, we will sit together and determine next steps

  • Are we going to continue to work towards your goals?

  • Are we working towards a new goal?

  • Is our training complete?
