A common session is 1 or 2 hours and includes: 

  • preparing to enter the woods

  • navigating through the woods

  • reflection exercise

  • re-entering tame society

Tips on what to bring to a session: 

  • Dress for comfort 

  • Pen and Notebook 

  • Water (maybe?)
