WHAT IS A BIG GOAL?

Meeting/maintaining physical fitness standards for your chosen career (military/first responder...); Earning a degree, or professional certification; Planning and completing a solo hiking/camping trip; Getting off high blood pressure medication, Earning a promotion at work

WHAT IS "SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS"?

Significant Progress is hard to describe; you know it when you FEEL it.  We work together to put words to the feeling and use that as the mile markers to ensure working together is making a difference in getting the results that you want

IS THIS FOR ME?

We can't know that until we chat. 


Discovery is THE most important phase of any coaching relationship.  We have to lay all of our cards out on the table and both agree that working together feels right.  

More than anything, I want everyone I work with to have an A+ experience, including people I refer to alternate resources.
